We accept returns for products that are unused, unworn, and in their original condition with all tags and packaging intact. To be eligible for a return, the request must be made within 7 days of delivery.
Items that show signs of wear, damage caused by the customer, or are missing original tags will not be eligible for return.

- Items purchased during clearance or sale (unless defective)

Refunds will be processed to the original payment method used at the time of purchase. In case of Cash on Delivery (COD) orders, refunds may be processed via bank transfer or store credit.
Please allow 5–10 business days for the refund to reflect in your account after approval, depending on your payment provider.

We offer exchanges for size or defective products, subject to availability. If the desired size or product is not available, a refund or store credit may be provided instead.
Exchange requests must also be made within the return eligibility period.

If you receive a damaged, defective, or incorrect item, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery with clear photos or videos as proof.
We will arrange for a replacement or full refund at no additional cost to you.
9. Cancellations
Orders can be cancelled before they are shipped. Once the order has been dispatched, cancellation may not be possible, and you may need to follow the return process instead.
